Climate Change Levy (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2001 (S.I. No. 7 of 2001).

These Regulations make provision with respect to registration for climate change levy and certain related matters. They regulate the notification process for activities registrable for levy, allow eligible companies to form climate change levy groups and provide otherwise for payment of climate change levy.
