Legislative Reform (Dangerous Wild Animals) (Licensing) Order 2010 (S.I. No. 839 of 2010).

This Order modifies provisions of the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 (c. 38) which relate to the grant of licences to keep wild animals. It extends the period of validity of a licence from a maximum of one year to two years and provides that licences will come into force immediately upon their being granted.
