Ministerial Decree No. 368 validating the Regulation on attesting of patent agents by the Federal Service on Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks, issuance of patent agents registration certificates and also supervision over observance of legislative requirements by patent agents.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of attestation of patent agents, registration of accredited patent agents, issuance of patent agents registration certificates and also supervision over observance of legislative requirements by patent agents. Supervision envisages also pronouncement of warning to a patent agent or commencement of legal action against patent agent in case of violation of the legislation thereby.
