The present Regulation enacts the Animal Health Act. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that an owner of a recordable animal must apply for a premises identification account and at least one premises identification number in the form and manner approved by the Minister within 30 days of assuming ownership of a recordable animal.
