This Ministerial Decree establishes that licensing of primary processing of raw cotton to lint cotton shall be issued by the State Inspection for Agro-industrial Complex subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture. The aforesaid licence shall be non-transferable. The applicant shall submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copy and certificate of state registration of the applicant as legal person (for legal persons); (c) copy of personal identification document (for natural persons); (d) certified copy of registration at tax authority; (e) certificate attesting payment of licensing fees and dues; and (f) notarized copy of technical documentation for ginnery.
