Specified Animal Pathogens (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009 (S.S.I. No. 394 of 2009).

This Order amends the Specified Animal Pathogens (Scotland) Order 2009 to add a further pathogen (Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus genotype 2) to the list of specified animal pathogens in Part 1 of Schedule 1.
