Commission Regulation (EU) No. 849/2010 amending Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste statistics.

Annexes I, II and III to Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002 are replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation. Annexes I and II deal with generation of waste and recovery and disposal of waste respectively. Annex III lays down a table of equivalence.
