The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of various articles of the Beer Taxation Act (BGBl. I p. 2150, 2158). For example, article 5 dealing with beer production enterprises; article 6 concerning transport and storage of beer; article 8 on fixation of tax and tax return. The text consists of 34 articles.
