Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1043/2010 establishing a prohibition of fishing forkbeards in Community waters and waters not under the sovereignty or jurisdiction of third countries of VIII and IX by vessels flying the flag of France.

This Regulation prohibits fishing for forkbeards by vessels flying the flag of or registered in France. This prohibition concerns the European Community waters specified in the Annex and applies as from 30 September 2010.
