These Regulations provide for the control of carnation leaf-roller, a pest affecting carnation plants. They lay down measures to prevent the spread of this pest and give powers to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for this purpose. The Regulations place restrictions on the importation of plants and require affected plants to be treated.
