Phoenix Islands Protected Area Conservation Trust Act 2009 (No. 1 of 2009).

This Act establishes the Phoenix Islands Protected Area Conservation Trust as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers. The Trust shall, among other things, manage the Phoenix Islands Protected Area. It shall also enhance environmental awareness and education programs that promote biodiversity conservation.
