The present Ordinance establishes in the Annexes aereas where birds are protected according to the Directive 79/409/EEC of the Council of 2 April 1979on the conservation of wild birds. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Fixing of European bird sanctuaries (1); Territorial boundaries (2); Conservation objectives (3); Entry into force (4). Two Annexes are enclosed.
