This Order provides for the appointment of arbitrors and the investigation of compliants for purposes of article 19 of the Reservoirs (Jersey) Law 1996. That article provides that an undertaker may refer to arbitration if he or she does not agree with recommendations as to measures to be taken in the interests of safety of a reservoir or as to the time of the next inspection.
