The present Ordinance implements the Nordrhein-Westfalen Fishery Law of 22 June 1994. Annex 1 of the Ordinance lists waters or water systems having special ecological fishery importance, which requires entitled persons to establish fostering plans. The text consists of 3 articles and 1`Annex.
