The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Law of 7 June 1998. In particular, the Ordinance lays down criteria for assessing the biological quality and networking taking into account regional characteristics. The text consists of 17 article divided in 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Requirements for the biological quality and general conditions (II); Amount of contribution and financing (III); Administration and enforcement (IV); Final provisions (V).
