These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Infringement Offences) Regulations 2001 by updating and adding infringement offences to Schedule 1 to reflect amendments made to the amateur fishing regulations by the Fisheries (Challenger Area Amateur Fishing) Amendment Regulations 2011.
