Decree implementing Commission Directive 2011/8/EU amending Directive 2002/72/EC as regards the restriction of use of Bisphenol A in plastic infant feeding bottles.

This Decree lays down some amendments to the national provisions concerning products that come into contact with foodstuffs, in order to put them into line with Directive 2011/8/EU amending Directive 2002/72/EC. The amendments regard the restriction of use of Bisphenol A in plastic infant feeding bottles.
