Regulation on conditions for authorization of organizations and recognition of other organizations in cattle breeding.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down organizational, personnel and technical requirements for organizations authorized in cattle breeding and for other organizations recognized in cattle breeding, duties of these organizations, and the processes of their authorization and recognition. The conditions on authorized organizations are specified for test station (art. 3-6), semen collection center (art. 7-11), and breeding station (art. 12-18). This Regulation is composed of 28 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Authorized organizations in cattle breeding (Sec. 2); Other recognized organizations in cattle breeding (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
