This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of utilization of fire protection service for combating forest fires. Utilization of fire protection service shall be regulated by bilateral agreements concluded by the Federal Forestry Agency and other federal executive bodies concerned. The aforesaid agreements shall determine terms and conditions of the utilization of fire protection service, quantity of personnel and equipment, and also calling signals for the means of communication.
