Water Use and Water Supply Law.

The present Law regulates the: a) use of water; b) exploitation of water resources; c) ensuring of water supply. The present Law consists of 62 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Use of waters (II); Water supply (III); Implementation and legal protection (V); Transitional provisions (VI); Final provisions (VII).
