Decree No. 52 establishing the waste traceability system pursuant to article 189 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 2006 (Code on the Environment).

Pursuant to article 189 of the Code on the Environment, this Legislative Decree sets up the Waste Traceability System (SISTRI). Article 3 specifies those enterpises, legal persons and individuals that must be registered in the system.
