These Regulations make further provision for the registration, formation, operation and management of cooperatives. The Regulations provide for: fines that may be imposed on members of cooperatives; factors and considerations for determining primary activities of cooperatives; management and administration of cooperatives; funds and property of cooperatives; restrictions on the acquisition of interests in cooperatives; foreign cooperatives; supervision and protection of cooperatives; fees; etc.
