These Regulations, consisting of 14 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, provide for the management of controlled and general wastes. The Regulations set out restrictions on the production, storage, treatment and disposal of controlled wastes and on the disposal of general waste. The Director may approve a management method to specify the requirements for the management of waste.
