Environmental Levy (Validation and Repeal) Act (No. 2 of 2011).
This Act repeals the Environmental Levy Act and validates the imposition and collection of levies under that Act during a specified period, sections 3(2) and 5 of the Provision of Collection of Taxes Act notwithstanding.
