These Regulations provide for the safe storage and handling of dangerous goods. The Regulations further: define duties of manufacturers and suppliers of dangerous goods and of occupiers of premises where dangerous goods are stored and handled; provide for the preparation of Material Safety Data Sheets; set out licensing procedures; etc.
