These Regulations set out procedures for referring disputes to the Agriculture Practices Board and the fees to be paid on lodgement of a notice of referral. The Regulations further provide for the payment of witness allowances, the amount that may be charged for the provision of transcripts of evidence, the keeping of records and for the forms to be used.
