Designation of visual identification "Croatian Island Product" is intended to encourage the development of the island's production through the recognition and strengthening of the competitiveness of island products on the market. Designation may be granted to traditional and innovative products produced by isolated manufacturers, and legal and natural persons-dealers that are based on the islands and conducting their activities on the islands. Mark can be assigned to products without conducting procedures, if marked with one of the following designations: a) The organic product; b) The original Croatian; c) The Croatian quality; d) The traditional reputation; e) Designation of Origin, Geographical Indications. This Regulation contains forms and the list of necessary documents for the labelling procedure.
