This Ordinance establishes the St. Helena Development Agency which shall promote and facilitate commercial development in St. Helena. The Agency shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Agency may, among other things: carry on business operations; provide financial support to development; and acquire, manage and dispose of land. The Governor may give the Board directions as to the general policy it is to follow in managing the affairs of the Agency.
