Ministerial Joint Decree No. 73368/3230/2000/2001 adapting the Greek legislative framework to the provisions of Directive 2000/61/EC amending Council Directive 94/55/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by road.

The purpose of this Decree is to adapt the Greek legislative framework to the provisions of Directive 2000/61/EC amending Council Directive 94/55/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by road. Under this light, article 1 of the present Decree amends certain provisions of Presidential Decree No. 104/1999 (with which Council Directive 94/55/EC was implemented). Also, with article 2 to this Decree, Annex C, regarding the provisions of certain articles of Directive 2000/61/EC is attached herewith.
