Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment (2011 Act) (Commencement, Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 (No. 13 (C. 2)).

These Regulations contain commencement, savings and transitional provisions in relation with entry into force of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act (Northern Ireland) 2011. The savings provisions concern fouling by dogs of public places, whereas the transitional provisions concern road traffic regulation.
