Comission Directive 2012/3/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include bendiocarb as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
This Directive amends Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC by including a new entry concerning the active substance bendiocarb and its minimum purity in biocidal products as placed on the market.
