Biosecurity and Agricultural Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 (Act No. 24 of 2007).
This Act, consisting of 95 sections divided into three Parts, repeals various Acts and consequentially amends various other Acts, and makes provision for matters relating to those repeals and amendments.
