These provisions lay down certain amendments to the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations. The amendments concern (i) regulation 16 regarding the issue of the Plant Health Clearance Document for purposes of imports of plant materials; and (ii) Schedule VIII, which lays down the model of the Plant Health Clearance Document.
