Environmental Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. No. 35 of 2012).

These Regulations concern the amounts of certain fixed penalties imposed by local authorities for environmental offences. These offences are defined by the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, the Noise Act 1996 and the Litter (Northern Ireland) Order 1994.
