The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Fisheries Law 1949. In particular, the Ordinance, consisting of 12 articles, deals with the following aspects: fishing cadastre, lease of fishing grounds, fishing area committees, closed seasons and attestation of origin, fishing bans and fishing methods, fishing permits and fishing authorizations, fishing protection organs and fishing advisory committees.
