This Ministerial Decree sets forth sanitary and epidemiological requirements for laboratories carrying out organoleptic, toxicological, sanitary and chemical, microbiological, bacteriological, virological, parasitological laboratory research, measurement of noise and vibration, electro-magnetic pollution, and radiation research and measurement, non-compliance with which shall imperil human life and health, and also may cause outbreak and spreading of diseases. Compliance with this Sanitary Regulation shall be mandatory for natural and legal persons.
