These Regulations implement the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Act 1987 by imposing fees payable by the holder of an authorization that authorizes fishing in the Abrolhos Islands Fishery, the Exmouth Gulf Fishery, the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery and in the Shark Bay Scallop Managed Fishery.
