This Regulation changes the provisions of article 3 of the Regulation on the basic requirements of quality for planting material, methods of packaging, sealing, labelling and conditions for keeping the seedlings (Official Gazette 56/99, 140/99, 128/00, 2/05). Changes are related to the technical definition of cultivated plants and seedlings.
