Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 511/2012 on notifications concerning producer and interbranch organisations and contractual negotiations and relations provided for in Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 in the milk and milk products sector.

This Regulation requires Member States to notify to the Commission no later than 31 March each year the following: (a) the number of producer organizations, associations of recognized producer organizations and interbranch organizations that they granted recognition, and, where applicable, the annual marketable raw milk volumes produced by producer organizations and associations; (b) the number of applications for recognition submitted by producer organizations, associations and interbranch organizations that they refused and a summary of the reasons for such refusal; (c) the number of recognized producer organizations, associations and interbranch organizations whose recognition they withdrew and a summary of the reasons for such withdrawal.
