Regulation on the Implementation of Structural Policy in Fisheries Through the Support in the Area of Trawl Fishing.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner of exercising the right to grant support under the structural policy measures, beneficiaries and the manner of implementation of the support. The beneficiary can be a natural or legal person authorized or owner of licenses for commercial fishing in the sea on the basis of the Law on Marine Fisheries (Official Gazette 56/10 and 127/10).
