This Regional Decree shall be applicable to all regional waterbodies. Industrial fisheries and artisanal fishing shall be subject to payment of fees. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs carrying out industrial fisheries and fishfarming, and organizing sport and artisanal fishing of precious fish species and other aquatic organisms, shall be in possession of long-term licence issued by fishing inspection. Documents authorizing management of aquatic biological resources shall be once-only fishing permit (licence). This Regional Decree lists authorized industrial and artisanal fishing gear. Excess of limits established for fishing gear and excess of total allowable catch shall be prohibited. Management of fishing area shall be regulated by contract concluded by the manager with fishing inspection.
