Infrastructure Planning (Waste Water Transfer and Storage) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 1645 of 2012).

These Regulations concern infrastructure projects for the transfer or storage of waste water which are nationally significant for the purposes of the Planning Act 2008. It specifies when an (alteration) project is within section 14(1)(o) of the Act.
