The present Regulation enforces the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. D. 1). In particular, the Regulation repeals the General Regulation (R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 261) concerning provisions relating to the transport of dangerous goods on highways. The text consists of 2 sections.
