This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Ministry of Public Health shall be authorized federal institution in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Among other functions the Ministry shall be responsible for setting forth dietary (health nutrition and protective diet) food rations and rates of dietary health nutrition.
