Regulation amending the Regulation on the technical supervisor body for the certification of inland vessels.

This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 20 of the Regulation on the technical supervisor body for the certification of inland vessels (Official Gazette 99/08). This Regulation also cancels the provisions of the article 5. Major changes are related to the general definitions and provisions, and technical standards.
