Regulation on technical and technological requirements for ports and safety of navigation in inland ports and harbors.

This Regulation provides the conditions which must be met during: the navigation and use of inland ports; the process of opening of the inland ports and harbors. This Regulation also establishes the criteria for the classification of ports and harbors, and the conditions necessary for safe and environmentally sustainable navigation and use of inland waters ports and harbors.
