These Regulations amend the Water Authority Regulations (2007 Revision) in provisions relating to water charges, sewerage charges and septage charges and (in Schedule 2) relating to fees for permits and licences. They also amend regulation 44 by adding a provision on the formula of calculating the fluctuations in the cost of electricity in collecting and treating sewage and septage.
