This Decree, consisting of 5 articles and 1 Table, creates a sand exploitation State reserved area for mineral extraction purpose. It establishes the following authorized activities to be performed in this area: prospection and research of sand and other mineral for glass production and other mineral derivatives; development of infrastructures linked to the above mentioned activities; carry out research on the economic potentiality of mineral resources exploitation; implementation of social and integrated projects aiming at the development of the area.
