Decision No. 199/12 approving the model forms for registration of companies that carry out activities in the areas of waste, water treatment and wastewater.

This Decision approves the model forms for agencies performing in the residue disposal sector. It specifies the requested documents and the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned waste disposal and discharge, regulating the administrative procedures for liquid and solid wastes. It defines fines and sanctions to be applied for illegal activities.
