This Presidential Order, consisting of 5 articles, creates the Technical Group within the Interministerial Committee for Agreements related to Territorial Waters. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Group, entitled to: assess and define in the context of the principle related to international hydrographical basins joint management, the opportunity for Angola to adopt the existing legal framework of the hydrographical basin of the Congo River.
